1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the SPN x INICIO mobile application and its associated web portal, developed and operated by Students' Progress Network (SPN EdTech), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of the app, user accounts, and all educational content provided by our platform.

2. Educational Purpose & Disclaimer

All notes, live classes, mock tests, and materials provided within the SPN x INICIO app are designed solely for educational purposes and academic support across various state and national level examinations. SPN EdTech is an independent educational initiative. While we strive for absolute accuracy and high-quality teaching, we do not guarantee the official verification of any content. Users must rely on official institutional announcements for critical board and exam notifications.

3. User Accounts & Security

To access premium features, such as purchasing batches and attempting mock tests, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your services without a refund.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All app content, including video lectures, PDF notes, question banks, graphics, logos, and UI design within the SPN x INICIO app, is the exclusive intellectual property of Students' Progress Network (SPN EdTech) and is protected by copyright laws.

  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view and use the content exclusively for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
  • You are strictly prohibited from copying, screen-recording, downloading (outside of permitted in-app offline features), reproducing, redistributing, or using the content for commercial gain without express written permission from the SPN EdTech founder.

5. Service Access & Fees

While downloading the SPN x INICIO app is completely free, access to premium batches, specific courses, and specialized test series requires payment. Prices for these services are subject to change without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or functionality of the app at all times due to necessary technical maintenance or unforeseen network issues.

6. Refund Policy

Please review your batch, course, or test series details carefully before making a purchase. SPN EdTech does not provide any type of refund for digital services or course enrollments within the SPN x INICIO app. All sales are strictly final. Once a transaction is successfully completed and access to the course material or batch is granted to your account, no cancellations, transfers, or refunds will be processed under any circumstances.

7. Prohibited User Conduct

Users agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to our servers, scraping or extracting app data, bypassing DRM or security features, utilizing emulators to bypass mobile restrictions, or harassing other students and educators in community chats or doubt-clearing sections.

8. Third-Party Payment Gateways

Purchases made within the app are processed through highly secure, RBI-compliant third-party payment gateways (such as BillDesk or Google Play Billing). We are not responsible for transaction failures caused by your bank, network issues, or the independent privacy practices governed by these third-party financial institutions.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Students' Progress Network (SPN EdTech) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the SPN x INICIO app, its content, or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding related to the SPN x INICIO app or the SPN EdTech organization shall be brought exclusively in the applicable courts located in West Bengal, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time to reflect policy updates or Google Play requirements. The most current version will always be posted within the app and on this webpage. By continuing to use the service after any changes are posted, you explicitly accept those modifications.
