1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the SPN EdTech mobile application and its associated web portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of the app, user accounts, and all educational content provided by the Students’ Progress Network (SPN).

2. Educational Purpose & Disclaimer

All notes, live classes, mock tests, and materials provided within the app are designed solely for educational purposes and academic support, primarily for WBCHSE students. SPN EdTech is an independent educational initiative and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the WBCHSE or any government body. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or official verification of any content. Users must rely on official institutional announcements for critical board information.

3. User Accounts & Security

To access certain features, such as purchasing batches and attempting tests, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All app content, including video lectures, PDF notes, graphics, logos, and UI design, is the exclusive property of Students’ Progress Network (SPN) and is protected by copyright laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view and use the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
• You are strictly prohibited from copying, screen-recording, downloading (outside of permitted in-app offline features), reproducing, redistributing, or using the content for commercial gain without express written permission from the SPN EdTech founder.

5. Service Access & Fees

While downloading the SPN EdTech app is free, access to premium batches, specific courses, and specialized test series requires payment. Prices for these services are subject to change without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or functionality of the app at all times due to necessary maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.

7. Prohibited User Conduct

Users agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to our servers, scraping or extracting app data, bypassing DRM or security features, or harassing other students and educators in community chats or comment sections.

8. Third-Party Payment Gateways

Purchases made within the app are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We are not responsible for transaction failures, network issues, or privacy practices governed by these third-party financial institutions. Your interaction with these gateways is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SPN EdTech or the Students’ Progress Network be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the app, content, or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding related to the SPN EdTech app or website shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in West Bengal, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted within the app and on this page. By continuing to use the service after any changes are posted, you accept those modifications.
